The base rate for a spacious 1,400+ square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach front Las Olas Resort Condo is $165 per day, with varying 7-day rental discounts depending on the season.

You will usually need to plan ahead several months to get a rental at a peak time such as in March or April at a top rated Florida beach front rental resort like Las Olas. Las Olas - SATELLITE BEACH 2008 RENTAL RATES LAS OLAS BEACH CLUB OF SATELLITE BEACH Accommodations 01/05/08 - 02/16/08   03/12/06 - 12/27/08 02/16/08 - 03/12/08 2 Bdm / 2 Bath All Oceanfront (6 person) $1100.00 per week $225.00 per night 11% tax $1300.00 per week $225.00 per night 11% tax 11% sales tax on rentals. $400.00 per week deposit ($225.00 for nightly rentals) is required. A refundable $100.00 security deposit is required upon check in. Imprint of major cretit card preferred. Cancellation policy: Deposit fully refunded with 45 days or more notice; 1/2 deposit returned with 44-11 day notice; no deposit returned with 10 or less day notice. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, check or cash. Check-in time is 4:00 pm; checkout time is 10:00 am. Maximum occupancy is six (6) persons, children & infants included.  Extra persons cost $200.00 per person up to 8 occupants total. NO PETS. We require a 3 night minimum rental within a Saturday to Saturday week with timeshare owners permission only. No guarantees on nightly stays. All rental units are two bedroom, two bath, oceanfront. No SPECIFIC style unit or floor level can be guaranteed, but we always try to accommodate special preferences. Wireless network is available for your own computer. No community computer on site.
