Ocean Landings is an Oceanfront Florida Vacation Beach Rental resort which is affiliated with the Interval International (II) Time Share Exchange Company. They also run a Hotel type operation.

These resort condos are available for Vacation Time share exchanges by II Time share members -- PLUS -- The Resort also has Condo Rentals available by the week and by the day. The large resort has both newer Oceanfront Units in the Carribean & Dream Buildings -- and older converted motel units that are not directly on the ocean, but have beach access and access to all Resort Amenities.

Two types of Time share Resort Condo Units on site for exchange or rent:

(1) Newer Ocean Front "Ocean Landings - Carribean and Dream Buildings" are on same property but listed seperately in II Resort Catalogue as "OLC." These two buildings have Oceanfront 1 and 2-Bedroom, 2-bath Condos.
Tip (ask for units in the above two buildings if "oceanfront" is important to you - the rent will be slightly more but the view and sounds of ocean are worth it! Reasonable Rental Rates for an oceanfront condo and number of on site amenities at Ocean Landings Resort.)

(2) Also "Side View of Ocean" or Swimming Pool view Motel style converted and remodled rooms, efficiencies + 1 and 2 bedroom Conversion units available - these units rent for less but still give you access to all on site Resort amenities and the beach. (Listed as "OLR" in II Catelogue)

Large 228 unit Timeshare Resort / Motel with several styles of units ranging from redone and remodled prior Motel rooms to 2-bedroom non-Ocean front Motel conversion units. Also newer oceanfront 1 and 2 -bedroom units in beach front Carribean and Dream Buildings at Ocean Landings Resort.

Ocean Landings has many on site amenities. Resort is on 10 1/2 acres of Oceanfront property. Two heated swimming pools, 4 Racquet ball courts and 4 Tennis Courts plus saunas and fitness center. Night club and restaurant on site. Handy to everything.

Nice wide stretch of beach - can walk for miles on wide beach in either direction.

Great location just south of Cape Kennedy Space Center and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Many Cruise ships now depart from the Cocoa Beach Pier and there are some excellent oceanfront restaurants nearby at the Pier. See our "Top Pick" restaurant "Grills" on our "Cocoa + Satellite Beach Tips" page.

We own II Timeshare weeks 22 and 23 in the Caribbean Oceanfront Building. (Usually is last week or so in May and first week in June - Sat-Sat.) One-bedroom, 2-bath unit sleeps 4. We first purchased at this resort when it was being converted into a Timeshare Resort in 1980 and upgraded to the first new Oceanfront building when it was built in l981.

We now usually use or exchange these II time share weeks when it is just the two of us traveling and let the Onsite Management Co. rent the 2-bedroom Las Olas RCI weeks at Satellite Beach that we also own. (Also Week 24 there is a more popular rental week because some of the "Northerners" start to arrive.)
