The following is a listing of the Ocean View & Bay or Harbor View Oregon Beach Vacation Rental Condos in Resorts which are listed with Resort Condominiums International (RCI) or Interval International (II) Timeshare Exchange Networks. Some Resorts also run a Hotel check-in operation.

You do NOT have to be a timeshare owner to take advantage of these often VERY affordable vacation timeshare condo rentals!

These resorts are available for Vacation Time share exchanges by RCI or II Timeshare members, and many also have Rentals available for the general public for Vacation Condos by the week and in many cases by the day.

There are Resort listings below for: (from North down the coast to South)  Lincoln City, Gleneden Beach, Depoe Bay, and Newport. Unfortunately there are no RCI or II resorts in the area south of Newport down to Florence to take advantage of some beautiful wide sand beaches there.

(Depoe Bay is half way between Lincoln City and Newport - approximately 13 miles to either)

RCI Gold Crown Resort + Interval International (II) Five Star Rating. Two and three bedroom units - most have 2 baths. Resort sets on a cliff overlooking ocean - no beach in front of resort, but close to ocean - nearest sand ocean beach access approximately 2 miles. All units have big floor to ceiling windows in living room with a spectacular view of ocean. Great resort for whale watching and beautiful oregon coast sunsets. Fireplace and washer/dryer in each unit. Older phase 1 units have a whirlpool in master bath - are well maintained.
  Tip - try for higher than first floor - better views. "Phase 1" units are closer to ocean.

This Resort gets high reviews by users. Large WorldMark Resort with many amenities including: Indoor and outdoor pool - both with jacuzzis, tennis court, exercise equipment, game room, playground area, elevators. Many "must see" attractions in nearby Newport including historic bay area, 2 lighthouses, Oregon Coast Aquarium, Sand ocean beach areas, and several great waterfront restaurants.

Embarcadero Resort also goes under name "Vacation Internationale - Embarcadero Resort" and "RWVC at Embarcadero."

Located on Yaquina Bay in Newport with views of Bay and Marina. Walking distance from Marina and "Old Town" Newport. Efficiencies (studio), 1 and 2 bedroom units. Some Users comment on unit sizes being small, but that maintenance seems good. Generally very good overall user reviews. Resort was originally constructed in early '70's.

Full service Marina resort with floating crab and fishing dock + boat rentals and moorage. On site bayfront restaurant & conference facilities. Resort amenities include indoor pool, saunas, & jacuzzi. Ocean beach access approximately 1 mile away.

Small 5-unit RCI resort overlooking Yaquina Bay fishing harbor in Newport. All small 1-bedroom, 2-bath units. All units have kitchen breakfast bar and washer/dryer. No resort amenities or activities - check in is next door. Most units have tiled hot tub in living room which takes up much of LR area (only 1 chair in LR + small TV), but offers nice "romantic" view of bay from hot tub. Resort generally gets poor reviews from users - most users recommend for only 2 people & no kids due to hot tub & tile in living room. Good restaurants nearby - Ocean beach access approximately 2 miles away.

Tip If you search in any other areas, watch for "Beach" to be under the "On Site Amenities" list Vs "Nearby" if a beach front resort is important to you.
